This Hikhal is inhabited by mysterious radiances, which glisten in shades of white and red, from which the "OFANIM", the wheels of the Chariot, were made; and two spirits, called "Sapphire" and "Levanah" (white). "As they intermingle a holy beast, in the form of a lion with eagle's wings, astride the wheels, is revealed, In the center of the Heikhal there is a hollow pillar through which the prayers of the righteous pass and combine with the play of spirit and radiance, thus reaching the second Heikhal." HEIKHALOT, 8"1 41. This Heikhal emanates its strength to the planet Saturn.

This Heikhal has a brilliant spieit called "Splendorous Lightning", which shines in every direction. "Out of this sparkling, a single radiance emanates like a crimson eye. This radiance subsumes all the illuminating hues - white, black, red, and green, each included in the other. The spirit subsumes another spirit called "firery spirit", which shines in various colors of light. It being the "Flaming sword which turns every way". HEIKHALOT, 8"1 41 The flaming sword is suspended over the heads of the seventy judges of the court in the fourth heikhal. Hosts of angels emanate from here in every direction. In this Heikhal we find the spirits "Thread of Scarlet" and "Acceptance". This spirit sends out twelve beams of happiness, which become elevanted in acceptance and love, glowing hotly. "Out of this brilliance there enanate four holy creatures, All the spirits are combined with love, and among the soul of Joseph the Righteous is included, thus creating the central pillar passing through all the heikhalot, connecting them into a single whole". This Heikhal, the "most occult of the occult," is altogether hidden from view. A curtain is drawn across covering the two "cherubs". When all the Heikhalot are joined together in a single whole, a supreme spirit awakens, the spirit of all, and illumines everything from top to bottom, kindling radiances when all is one unity. "And a supreme radiance descends to fill the Heikhalot with communion and bounty. As the prayers of the priests, the song of the levites, and the smoke of the sacrifices ascend the Heikhalot, they become joined into a single whole and single radiance." HEIKHALOT, 8"1 41
